"Oily Wasteland" Concept Character Design

Some character design from a post apocalyptic world I currently create for fun on my spare time.
After global warming and wordwar destroy civilitation, the surviving few had to create nex society.
So this time they design to respect nature and love each other... Naaaah just kidding, they decide to worship oil, plastic and weapons from the old world in a nuclear Wasteland.
What could go wrong this time?
